Wow !!! Where to begin ?!

There have been so many invisible strings tying Chapman and me together. To name a few... Chapman and I both went to The University of Oklahoma (BOOMER!), one of my best friends is Chapman's cousin- so I had already met ALL of Chapman's family members prior to the start of our relationship, Chapman attended multiple Tri Delta date parties throughout college, and Chapman's brother, Tucker, drove me and all of my friends in a limousine on our Senior Night. Despite all these connections, Chapman and I never actually met. We could have crossed paths countless times, but God's timing is truly perfect!

I am a Tulsan through and through, and Chapman is from Austin. Thankfully, Chapman's job brought him to Tulsa post-college. I was teaching at Monte Cassino, and my friend Addison from school invited me to come watch an OU game at their house so that I could "casually" meet Chapman- I have never been more nervous in my life. We talked for so long that night, and after Chapman saw how skilled I was in a game of Chandelier, he decided to ask me if I wanted to grab dinner the next week. The rest is history!

Chapman broke the news to me on our first date that he was going to be moving in 9 months to Salt Lake City, Utah. Surprisingly, this didn't scare either one of us. We decided to just go for it! We have navigated long distance, multiple moves, new jobs, raising a dog, family sickness, deaths, and so much more together. All of my best and happiest days are with Chapman. He is my steady in the storm, an incredible friend, and always lives life to the fullest.

On July 13, 2024, Chapman took me on a helicopter ride over the greatest city on earth, Tulsa !!!, and later proposed in the hangar. We had an intimate dinner afterwards, surrounded by our immediate family, and savored every moment of our new beginning.

We absolutely cannot wait to celebrate our marriage with all of you so very soon. You are invited because you are an incredibly important part of our lives, and we could not imagine this day without you.
